I am a qualified professional counsellor and provide confidential individual counselling for adults on a long or short term basis.

My approach is humanistic and my personal style warm and creative. I will work with you to discover the best way of getting the most out of your sessions and will adapt the way I work to suit your needs. Central to the way I work is the belief that a strong and trusting relationship between counsellor and client provides the best conditions for exploring issues that can feel difficult and painful.

I have experience of working with a wide variety of issues, amongst which are anxiety, trauma, stress, identity problems and abuse.

I am a UKCP registered integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, working with individuals and couples, trained and experienced in applying a broad range of theoretical perspectives allowing us a lot of flexibility. The overall approach in which I was trained is transpersonal which simply means that all aspects of ourselves are included - mind, body, spirit and soul.
