Core Resilience 2: Vitality and Strength
Sunday September 29th, 1pm - 6pm £55 / £45
In this workshop we will stimulate and re-educate the deeper muscles of the torso, connecting your limbs to your natural power source and encouraging internal elasticity. You will experience fuller breathing, better balance, more fluid coordination and increasing whole-self awareness. This is a great day for anyone who would like to move with more grace and ease, increase their vitality or improve their posture.
Wrists, Elbows & Shoulders – Ease & Range of Motion
Sunday October 13th, 1pm - 6pm £55 / £45
This workshop features lessons designed to decrease tension in your wrists, elbows and shoulders, and increase your ease and your range of motion in all the joints of your arms and your shoulder girdle. The day will enable you to re-organise and reconnect your hands and wrists to the natural strength in your upper back. This will naturally also benefit your neck and upper spine. This workshop is ideal for musicians, martial artists, body-workers, and anyone whose daily activity puts pressure on their wrists, elbows and hands.
Eyes, Neck & Spine - 360 Degrees Of Freedom
Sunday November 24th, 1 - 6pm, £55/45
Have you ever experienced the sensation that someone is looking at you and then turned to see that they are? We really can have eyes in the back of our heads, metaphorically speaking. This is the amazing sixth sense we can still access – even though the pressures to survive are very different in our modern environment, we still have the sensory-motor nervous system of both the hunter and the hunted. In the far past, when we lived surrounded by predators with only our reaction speed to keep us alive, our upright stance may not have made us the fastest runners in the animal kingdom but it did mean we were beautifully evolved to turn 180 degrees and run away fast as we could if we came face to face with an attacker. The freedom of our neck and eyes directly influences the mobility and coordination of our spine and the speed of our reactions. This day will combine subtle eye release work with whole body rotations and light, easy balance on our feet in order to release our inner homo superior!
Improve The Health & Youthfulness of Your Eyes
Sunday December 8th, 1 - 6pm, £55/45
Alert, mobile, responsive eyes are vital from our very earliest developmental stages for every aspect of our relationship with our environment: how we move, how we carry our heads and balance upright, and how we use our sensory awareness to process all the information that we are bombarded with every day.
Moshe’s eye lessons are quite distinctive, improving vision without the need for props, so means you can practise them anywhere, which is particularly important if you are aiming for long-term improvements in your vision. I am confident that simple techniques combining movement and imagery regularly performed can bring both immediate and lasting benefits to our eyesight, our posture and our inner calm.
