Contacting Us/Appointments To book or change an appointment you can call us on 020 8694 2714. One of the receptionists will be able to check availability. Alternatively you could email the reception at info@thesunflowercentre.co.uk To get in touch with one of the therapists for more information, you can email them directly using their email addresses; each one is listed on the relevant webpage.
Cancellations We operate a cancellation policy at the Centre. If an appointment is not attended without prior notice being given, we reserve the right to charge the full fee. Notice of cancellation give us the opportunity of offering the space to someone else who may need it. If less than 24 hours notice is given, we charge £25, unless we are able to fill the appointment.
Insurance Companies Some treatments and some therapists are covered by some insurance companies. Please check with your claims department - they usually require that a referral be made by your GP or medical practitioner. Please note that we cannot issue invoices to insurance companies for missed appointments, unless this is made clear in the invoice.
