Abby started her yoga journey 10 years ago, hoping to improve strength and flexibility. In time Abby discovered that yoga is so much more than moving your body.
A mother of two teenage girls, Abby wishes yoga was part of the national curriculum! She finds yoga provides an invaluable toolkit for navigating modern life. In Oct 2018 Abby completed her 60hr Yoga and Mindfulness and Mindfulness for Teens training and in March 2019 completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Parampara Yoga School.
Abby encourages moving mindfully, focusing on finding, space, ease and comfort in mind and body.
