Free Workshop on Sleep and Energy

During the workshop, I will share a blend of information and experiences within a safe and inclusive atmosphere. Together we will explore our relationships with sleep.
I will introduce the idea that every thought, emotion, behaviour and choice we make during the day impacts on what happens when you place your head on the pillow at night.
We will sample foods that can help with sleep.

Participate in breathing exercises and meditations that encourage relaxation. Learn about our energy systems and how to focus on what helps improve our sleep. Explore which crystals can aid with sleep. Become aware of how our thoughts affect our sleep. Think about practical steps we can start using to improve sleep difficulties. I will also provide a reference list including recipes, meditation and breathing techniques.
