I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist with a particular interest in Existential theory, and graduated from The School of Psychotherapy and Counselling, Regents College in 2008. Since that time I have worked within the NHS and in the private sector, offering short and long-term therapy to individuals.
I offer a confidential, non-judgmental place to work through difficult thoughts and feelings and hopefully, in the process raise your awareness of the possibilities that lie beyond the sometimes seemingly impossible situations we face.
The inclusive nature of my training has instilled in me an open approach to therapy, drawing on various theories, but it has also taught me that one of the most important aspects of any successful therapy is the relationship – that working alliance between practitioner and client. As such, a strong supportive environment is central to my practice.
I work with a wide range of issues including stress, anxiety and depression, post-natal depression, relationship difficulties, body-image and eating disorders, bereavement, workplace difficulties and low self-esteem.
I am available Monday and Tuesday evenings at The Sunflower Centre. Call me on 07805 615494 to arrange an appointment, or if you are at all uncertain we can talk through some of your thoughts and concerns to decide whether therapy is right for you. I can also be contacted by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
