Mum & Baby Yoga
This class really is for two. It is a warm and welcoming space (crying babies welcomed!) where the highs and lows of early parenthood can be shared in a supportive group.
The class is about so much more than physical exercises (I am very experienced in teaching postnatal yoga and have specialist training in pelvic floor recovery). I have a keen interest in gentle parenting, babywearing, mutually enjoyable/beneficial breastfeeding and how we women navigate the transition into motherhood.
During the class there will be yoga for you (recovering with stabilising and strengthening as well as easing the achey bits), yoga for your baby (to aid digestion, introduce movement and song, bonding and the joy of it) and moves you and your baby enjoy together.
You also get a cup of hot tea and cake.
