I am a yoga teacher, womb healer and a women’s circle facilitator. My first training was in Hatha yoga (2010, India) and later in Kundalini yoga (2018, London). In the past few years, I have also completed further training in pregnancy/postnatal yoga, sound healing, womb healing, womb yoga (Well-woman yoga therapy).
My real passion is connecting women to their bodies and feminine wisdom so they can navigate the different stages of womanhood with more self-love and vitality. Over the years, my personal yoga practice has also shifted towards a more nurturing, fluid, “feminine” form of yoga, which is inspired by different traditions, so what I offer is a combination of fluid, gentle asana supporting a healthy womb (regulating fertility, menstrual cycle and hormonal balance) as well as Kundalini yoga meditations, breathwork and mantras.
It was through pregnancy and the birth of my son in 2014 that I truly encountered the spiritual side of yoga. Pregnancy and early motherhood introduced me to the deep, intuitive wisdom of the “Divine feminine”, which later encouraged me to learn more about women’s spirituality practices. Longing to connect with other women in a sacred space, I also took the first steps to set up a women’s group by becoming a Red Tent facilitator in 2017. I currently facilitate the SE London Red Tent, which was established in April 2018 in Brockley, and run the weekly Mother Wisdom Circle, a postnatal support circle for new mums and babies at the Sunflower Centre
