Spaces available for Saturday yoga
Spaces available in Alenka's 11.15-12.30pm. This is an energizing but calming class, in Vinyasa Flow style, suitable for beginners as well as more experienced yogis. The use of breath and developing a mindful awareness are crucial components of the practice. These classes reflect a good understanding and passion for movement and precise alignment from many years of training.They include moving through and holding asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), short meditation and guided relaxation. The classes can range from more restorative to quite energetic, but the students are always encouraged to listen to their bodies.
