Colette is passionate about Osteopathy and is inspired by the human body's capacity to adapt and heal. She graduated from the British School of Osteopathy and went on to complete specialist paediatric training at the internationally recognised Osteopathic Centre for Children, where she continues to support the organisation as a clinic supervisor and volunteer. Colette has done further postgraduate training in Cranial Osteopathy with the Sutherland Cranial College and expanded her skills with training in Western Medical Acupuncture.
She is keen to help people understand the mind-body relationship and believes Osteopathy can have a huge impact on dealing with the physical manifestations of everyday stress. She is also passionate about helping support women through their pregnancies and providing postnatal care for mothers and babies.
Colette has always been fascinated by the human body having previously completed a BSc in Neuroscience and Psychology and a diploma in Sports Massage Therapy. Her holistic approach to patients aims to encompass all elements of her training using a combination of techniques suitable for each individual.
When not working, Colette can often be found balancing on a yoga mat or exploring the British countryside.
Colette is recognised by most health insurers who cover osteopathy.
