Happiness and Wellbeing Course

5 week course in meditation and mindfulness

Starting Sunday 14th November 5.30pm to 7pm

£80 in advance or £20 drop in (if places are available)  

We will spend this blissful time together learning how to incorporate a plethora of ideas and exercises, all aimed at increasing your level of happiness and
well-being. Each week I will blend elements of Mindfulness, self-care, gratitude and compassion and end on a deeply relaxing and healing sound bath
meditation.
