Mini Mindfulness Retreat

 I am excited to be running a Friday evening Mini Mindfulness Retreat this Spring. The session will be 2 hours long and include:

  • Checking in, over tea and something sweet
  • Seated Mindfulness meditation
  • Exploration of a Mindfulness theme and relaxation strategies
  • Extended guided relaxation and healing sound bath


Mats are provided, please bring anything else you need to make yourself comfortable (blankets & cushions).

Places are limited and cost £25 in advance. Please email me to reserve your spot.
