This course is so much more than a regular ‘Mum & Baby Yoga’ class. It is 50/50 for mum and for baby, ensuring new mums can focus on their own practice to strengthen post-birth, while also involving baby to support sensory development. The course is designed to help you to navigate this enormous transition into Motherhood.

Expect a fun interactive class with postnatal yoga for you, baby massage & songs. Each class builds on the previous one, giving you valuable tools for self care and settling your baby through challenging periods.

We always begin with a Mama Circle to see what is present, find self-worth & self-compassion by deeply sharing and supporting each other. A big part of the course is in forging deep connections and relationships between Mothers. There’s always such a wealth of knowledge to be tapped into and you will be invited to join my community of new parents as well so you will always have a support network around the weekly session. We connect back to the breath & the body through gentle stretches & yoga asana, helping you to find your way ‘back home' to yourself. Massage & exercises for baby help to soothe reflux & colic and to promote sleep, songs and movements support their cognitive development. We end with a nourishing guided relaxation, a cup of tea, cake and a chat!

Suitable for babies from 1 month to first steps. Places are limited to allow for adequate spacing, please bring baby in a sling if possible and a blanket for baby to relax on. Mats & props are provided and will be cleaned between sessions, but bring your own if you prefer.
