In the one-to-one setting, Ivona likes to incorporate Yamuna body rolling, various massage techniques, PNF stretching, and myofascial techniques. These soften the body and then work on client’s weaknesses to rebalance the body. She is especially interested in understanding Scoliosis and managing this condition with exercise.
