Somatic Movement Morning Class

In this somatic movement class, we will practice a series of movements developed to train a strong and flexible body, as a catalyst to get in touch with ourselves emotionally, as well as physically, a time aside to ‘let go’.

A daily 'ritual' as a means to measure development within our body range, as a way to claim our bodies as THEY ARE, as a form of self-healing of impaired and injured body areas, as a gift to ourselves of time and space to do something FOR ourselves.

These movements are simple and can be done in a chair or on a yoga mat. They help and support the overall well-being, connecting to the breath and calming the nervous system while revitalising the system.
